My journey began on the factory floor at Baxter, where I discovered something profound: raw data hides untapped insights. Using statistical modeling to solve quality problems, I learned that every number tells a story - and understanding those stories creates better decisions. This experience planted the seed for my passion: transforming data into clarity.

That passion led me to UPTITUDE, where I shifted from engineering to pure analytics. I spent months exploring data relationships, building Power BI dashboards, and helping stakeholders see patterns invisible in spreadsheets. The role taught me that data is only powerful when it is accessible and understandable. This principle guides every solution I design.

Hungry to build at scale, I evolved into data science. I engineered ML systems and automated pipelines that solved real problems for enterprise clients. This phase transformed my thinking: I learned that elegance matters. A well-architected data platform does not just work; it scales effortlessly and becomes invisible to the users it serves.

I began leading a team of data engineers, architecting enterprise solutions from first principles and orchestrating complex projects that deliver measurable business impact. Watching a fragmented data environment become a unified strategic asset, delivering six-figure cost savings - these results confirmed my direction.

Today, I lead the data engineering and architecture practice. I set technical direction across engagements, architect platforms for FTSE 100 clients, and build the high-talent-density teams that deliver them. My focus has shifted from building systems to building the capability that builds systems.
